APRE "Help Desks" service is a focal point to access FP7 / Horizon 2020 information as well as targeted services throughout Italy. The Help Desks are hosted and managed by APRE's members. Desks are selected based on their FP7 specific expertise and have operational mandate at regional level.
APRE headquarter in Rome is responsible for monitoring the desk-service network as a whole. This ensures that high quality standards are achieved. Furthermore, the monitoring control allows the promotion of direct contacts with users while supporting the regional-local cooperation system between public-private institutions involved in Research and Innovation activities.
