APRE provides information on Horizon Europe calls and on European policies concerning research and innovation and related funding opportunities. The information is disseminated through APRE’s unique channels, such as APRE mailing, APRE events at regional, national and European level (e.g. Info Days), publication of trimestral APRE Magazine, analysis and publication of data related to Italian participation in European Framework Programmes and elaboration of a Blog ‘Towards Horizon Europe’.
APRE provides trainings, both online and in person, on various topics related to European research and innovation programmes, including proposal writing, legal and financial issues, frontier and research mobility, innovation and thematic aspects (e.g. related to SMEs and ICT).
APRE provides assistance and tailored support to all actors of the Italian R&I system willing to participate to the calls of Horizon 2020 and Horizon Europe, making available the skills and knowledge of its qualified team of experts and benefiting from more than thirty years of experience in the field of European R&I. The assistance, provided in the framework of the NCP network, covers, among others, the following areas: Horizon 2020 and Horizon Europe calls, objectives and relevant research policies, funding instruments, administrative and financial procedures, project writing and partner search.
APRE offers its professional services to support innovation processes, by providing training and coaching in various areas, such as innovation, responsible research and innovation (RRI), social innovation, stakeholder engagement, multi-actor approach, social sciences, and humanities research (SSH) integration. Among others, the main objective is to increase the value of research results, improve innovation management at a company level, develop strong business models and business plans and effectively implement technology transfers.
